NGTI Founder and President is Bishop Elect Dr. Dwight Williams. Bishop Williams is the Pastor / President of New Genesis Outreach Ministries of Stockton and President / CEO of New Genesis Housing Development a 501c3 Non-profit Housing and Community Development Organization based in Stockton, California.
